Rates + Insurance

I offer therapeutic bodywork tailored to your needs, with transparent pricing and flexible appointment lengths. I am contracted with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and PacificSource for medical massage coverage when medically necessary and approved by your plan. Please note, I am not contracted with Providence, and do not accept Providence insurance. If you are using insurance, a referral or prescription may be required depending on your plan.

Session Rates

• 30-Minute Targeted Session — $50

• 60-Minute Massage — $90

• 90-Minute Massage — $120

• 120-Minute Massage — $160

For clients not using insurance, self-pay options are always available. Health savings card, credit cards and cash accepted.
